Terms & Conditions – Please read this before booking

 

Note* – If your documents do not match the booking details during vehicle pickup, we will cancel your booking immediately.

 

1. Customers will incur charges for the actual cost of tyre replacement in the event of any tyre damages or punctures.

 

2. We will calculate late return charges based on the duration of the delay. The penalty for late returns is 100 per hour.

 

3. We will apply refuelling penalties if you return the vehicle with less fuel than it had at the beginning of the trip.

 

Note* – We will not be able to provide a refund In case of extra fuel leftover at the time of returning the vehicle.

 

4. The free kilometres allotted to the customer will be proportional to the number of hours booked and the flexi package chosen.

 

Note* –  Excess km charges are Rs 3 (Min)- Rs 5 (Max)/Km.
